Powered by United Way of the Greater Seacoast, the Seacoast Public Health Network, and the Granite Youth Alliance, the Granite Youth Film Festival is a unique opportunity for young change makers to take a stand against substance misuse in their communities. Youth filmmakers write, direct, shoot, and star in their own productions. The premiere is a two-day event that includes first screenings of all films, interviews with youth participants and door prizes.
Read more about the partnership between United Way of the Granite Seacoast and Granite Youth Alliance, and how students are advocating against substance misuse all year long in this blog post:
Volunteer: Do you have a background or interest in filmmaking? Many of our youth teams need mentors as they storyboard, write, shoot and edit their films. If you’d like to learn more about mentoring a team next year please contact Taylor Berry at email@example.com.
Sponsorship: The festival offers great visibility around an important community issue, while supporting the development and leadership skills of our local youth. If your company is interested in sponsoring the Granite Youth Film Festival, please contact Janet Guen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
